The Marić family is present in catering and tourism for over 20 years during which the name of "SIDRO" became a brand among visitors. A pleasant family atmosphere awaits you at the Hotel-restaurant "SIDRO". The Restaurant has an air-conditioned hall, a vast terrace surrounded by a peculiar flora to make it an ideal spot for association and enjoying numerous gastronomical dishes this family has to offer. The Restaurant can host 80 clients on the terrace and 50 more in the restaurant hall.

"SIDRO" offers a choice of local and international specialties, and welcomes its clients as well as all other visitors.
Traditional dalmatian specialties are prepared according to the local climate using native and ecological dalmatian provisions. Fish and shells come straight form local trawl boats, meat and cheese from the dalmatian inner-country, fruits and vegetables from the ecological family farm and olive oil that is made in a traditional way every year by the owners, the Marić family.

International specialties and sauces are even more revealed because they are made with fresh and native dalmatian provisions. We can point out composed salads, the vegetarian plate, beefsteak in pepper sauce, salmon in capers sauce, cordon bleu.

For dessert let us mention the exceptional pan-cakes and the irresistible mousse au chocolat!
